The Rent LeBlanc family of companies were founded in 2009 at the height of the financial crisis. The first company was started after its founder saw the sheer number of
homes in foreclosure, vacant or disrepair and took action to
improve the neighborhoods and communities within the metro Detroit area. Purchasing and maintaining homes not only supports neighborhoods,
but also provides responsible tenants with attractive places to call home. The companies' mission is to
support neighborhoods and communities by providing quality rental homes, commercial properties
and superior service to responsible tenants.
The companies support their mission in several ways:

- Responding to tenant requests and concerns quickly
- Branching into new geographical markets and property types including multi-family and commercial
